Timetables

From April to October
  • Monday to Friday from 10,00 to 14,00 and from 16,00 to 20,00 hours.
  • Saturday morning from 11´00 h. to 13´30 h.
  • Sundays and holidays closed.
From November to March
  • Monday to Friday from 10´00 h. to 14´00 h. and from 16´00 h. to 19´00 h.
  • Saturdays closed.
  • Sundays and holidays closed.

Deliveries and/or returns

  • The deliveries and returns between branches will be for rentals of at least 10 days, always subject to availability and charging a supplement of € 350.00.
  • The deliveries and returns in the rest of Spanish cities other than our branches (Madrid and Barcelona) will be for minimum rentals of 10 days, always subject to availability and charging a supplement of € 400.00.

Europe Returns / One Way Services

International services or “one way” with delivery or return outside of Spain will have a minimum duration of 18 days , preferably outside the periods of high season.

Extra charge for services outside normal timetables

Delays in deliveries or refunds that require to have the branch open outside normal working hours, including if applicable the transfer times to or from airports or another € 100.00.

Reservations

To confirm the reservation, an advance of 30% of the total amount of the booked rental must be made.

Cancellations

In case the client cancels the reservation requested, the following penalties will be applied to the advance or signal:

  • If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start of the rental: 50%.
  • If you communicate between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental: 80%.
  • If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental: 100%.
  • Failure to present the agreed day and time: 100% of the total

Deposit

In anticipation of damage or damage, it is necessary to deposit a deposit, by credit card, of € 700.00.
