Terms and conditions for specific rates
  • 1. Newly-weds: Proof of honeymoon required.
  • 2. Retired: Supporting documents required.
  • 3. Long-term rental: minimum 30 days.
Season
  • Low: From October to March (Except Easter).
  • Middle: April, May, June and September.
  • High: July, August and Easter.
Deposit

As a precaution for damages, it is necessary to make a 700,00 € deposit by means of credit card.

The shown prices are per day and include
  • No-limited kilometres.
  • Full Comprehensive Insurance (Except for the first 700.00 € Charged).
  • Fees and Taxes (VAT, etc.).
  • Leaving costs (first bottle of gas and WC chemical fluid).
  • 24-hours road assistance (valid in all Europe).
  • Maintenance (according to the hiring contract norms).
  • Free parking for your car during the services.
  • Prices in euros.
Cancellations

If the customer cancels the reservation, penalties shall be applied to the advance payment or deposit:

  • If the cancellation is notified at least 30 days before the commencement of the hiring: 50%.
  • If it is notified between 30 and 16 days before the commencement of the hiring: 80%.
  • If it is notified within 16 days before the commencement of the hiring: 100%.
  • Non-presentation on the day and time agreed 100% of the total.
Deliveries and/or returns
  • Collection and drop-off at different branches is for rentals of a minimum of 10 days, subject to availability and with an additional charge of €450.
  • Collection and drop-off in Spain at locations other than our branches (Madrid and Barcelona) is for rentals of a minimum of 10 days, subject to availability and with an additional charge of €500.
Reservations

In order to confirm the reservations, a 30% advance payment from the total reserved rent amount have to be made.

Driver conditions
  • No younger than 25 years old.
  • To have the driving license (B1) in force for at least two years.
